You can order additional RVVA Name Tags for your employees or family. Each name tag will be engraved as entered below.
Please complete the form below with your own information in case there are any questions, the number of tags you would like to order, names for each tag, and then submit payment.
Each name tag is $12.00 and will be available for pickup at our monthly RVVA General Membership meetings. If you have questions you can email membership@rvva.org.
